This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 50470 platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the 50470 website, registering an account, or using any services provided by this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. - Notifying 50470 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
50470 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including official identification documents, to ensure the accuracy of information provided and to comply with applicable legal requirements. Failure to submit the requested documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.
You are fully responsible for all activities that take place through your account, whether carried out by you or by any other party who accesses it.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
As a 50470 user, you agree to comply with all platform usage rules as set out herein. Permitted use includes lawful betting and entertainment activities in accordance with these terms. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation of betting outcomes, or misuse of platform promotions and bonuses.
- Using another person's account or registering on behalf of someone else without written authorisation.
- Sharing account access, selling your account, or transferring account ownership to a third party.

50470 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 50470 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). By carrying out any financial transaction through this platform, you agree to the following terms:
- Deposit: Funds deposited into your account are for use on 50470 services only. 50470 is not responsible for any additional fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or payment method that has been verified and registered under the same username. Withdrawal limits and processing times vary depending on your VIP level and chosen payment method.
- Verification: 50470 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, including supporting documents related to identity and source of funds.
- Unauthorised Transactions: Any transaction carried out through unauthorised or fraudulent means will be voided and the funds involved may be forfeited.
50470 does not offer credit facilities or loans. All bets and transactions must be made using available funds in your account balance only. In the event of a dispute regarding a transaction, users must contact customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Limitation of Liability, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

50470 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability, accuracy, or reliability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 50470 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including financial losses resulting from system outages, technical errors, or processing delays beyond our control.
Account Suspension & Closure
50470 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or for any reason deemed reasonable by 50470 management. In cases of account closure due to a policy violation, any remaining funds in the account may be forfeited depending on the circumstances. Users who are dissatisfied with such a decision may appeal through 50470's customer support channels.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other materials on the 50470 platform are the intellectual property of 50470 or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without express written permission from 50470. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
